I'm just a music lover who likes to share.

 

Music has always haunted me.  I have always found myslef gravitating towards music at church, school, home, or wherever I would find myself. When I received my first pair of  headphones from Radio Shack, I was in heaven.  I was  able to take my music with me everywhere .  I remember my mother constantly telling me  I would be hard of hearing as an adult.

 

 All of my money went to purchasing CDs as a child. My parents would ask, "How many cd's do you need?" I knew if I started my collection early, I would have the ultimate music collection. And now with music going digital; vinyl, 8-track tapes, cassettes tapes, laser disc, mini disc, and even compact disc are a thing of the past.

 

Many of my childhood friends were the neighborhood DJ's. They would let me use their equipment and I would practice in the privacy of my bedroom. I only had a few records at the time. It's amazing how an entire music collection can be stored on your computer these days. My how times have changed.

 

I find it amazing how music has the ability to change or sustain many situations. It can also alter the scene where ever it is present. If you want to put a smile on someone face, just play their favorite song. I never wanted to be a Disc Jockey,  I just loved music, and as I began to share it, people began to express how I should look into becoming  a DJ.

And so the story began....
